Work closely with the UK product engineering team to align on delivery scope, priorities and technical direction for the shared product
Champion continuous delivery, with testing and security embedded in CI/CD pipelines, and promote DevSecOps practices across the team
Make significant contributions to technical and architectural decisions, keeping systems, standards and practices coherent with the wider PCS engineering organisation
Identify and remove blockers, process inefficiencies and technical debt proactively
Be accountable for the full software development lifecycle, from design through to production, monitoring and support
Foster a learning and mentoring culture, helping engineers grow in both technical depth and ownership
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA and Design to achieve shared product outcomes.
